I suggest not to go for Fiat if you are picky about service issues. I do not know much about dealers for other manufacturers, but Fiat dealer and Fiat have definitely not been up to the mark in my experience with them over the last two years. It depends on which has more weight, your appreciation for Palio or dissatisfaction with Fiat/ dealers.
