The 1.2 comes with a stock 4-2-1 setup from the factory. The Cat is placed after the headers. I will recheck this for you.
I doubt if anyone has done a remap to the Palio. Never seen a piggy back system either. There is not much demand for these mods for Fiat cars. They should be readily available for the VTEC, Baleno, etc.
