for the hu i got a song vcd player it was around 8 K and then i have screen for 9k and some sony in the front and jbl 6x9 and then a sony amp and a single 10" sub the total system cost me a round 25k-/+
for your buget would suggest a jvc (start out from 3.9K) hu and a good pair jbl 6x9( 2900 without warrenty)
