Hi NC, I faced a similar issue and i managed to buy a nice and reliable guage from my tire dealer. Cost me INR 450/- manufactured and calibrated by Bridgestone.
Look around and you shall find one. Most tire dealers stock them.
I can post a pic of the guage for you in a day or two if u need.
