Uhuh... not at all. In fact a 3 year old car standing still all this while may have developed corrosion in some vital parts. The gaskets and rings may give way soon. Tyres would have hardened... there can be many problems. A well maintained and regularly driven car of the same vintage may prove to be a better bet than a 3 year old stationary car.
