Guys, Just got a mail from Vovlo-

Dear Himanshu,

Was awaiting a response from you on a new date you prefer. (But now, as I re-read my mail, I note that its possible you were waiting for me to reply?)

Either way, hope you are ok to visit on a weekday. Our factory is closed on weekends. Also, we have to ensure a few people’s availability so that you have a relevant person(s) to talk to. I have checked with my colleagues and we can have them for us on anyone of the dates – June 18th to 20th. Is that ok with you?

The visit can be for around 3 hours. About 30 to 60 minutes, of presentation, Q&A and getting to know each other. Following which we take a walk around of the factory and other facilities. Typically, as a policy, you cannot drive the trucks/buses if you do not have an HCV license. Earlier we used to allow, but we had a ‘near incident’ some time back and have changed the policy. I know there is nothing like driving the trucks oneself and it’s a real good experience and I will try to see if I can find a way out, but cannot promise. Of course you will be taken around as a co-driver for sure.

I assume that your group (10 people max) includes members who do not belong to our immediate industry

Awaiting your response.

With best regards

Sohanjeet
