Inspite of half the internet screaming about "Stay away from vista" you go ahead and get a vista machine.
I suggest you get a 4GB RAM machine with a top end graphics card a 10500rpm server spec hard drive and a 3GHz+ dual core processor.
Don't worry about the costs, all you need to do is sell the RS
