I am wondering wether the Safari Gearbox will be able to take the extra torque and power? The biggest worry with such mods is failure of mechanicals due to power beyond the tolerance range.

I checked out with some members of
Tata Club Italia and they have tried this without any issues. We had heard of this box earlier on Tata Club Italia when some chaps were fooling around with other tuning methods - one of them allegedly has a VGT on his Dicor and claims 155 bhp. It was only a matter of time before the box was officially made by a tuning setup and since Dimension Sport is Italian they brought it out first.
They have a fairly active group of Tata Safari users out there in Italy.
