Good, you decided against going to Mussorie, otherwise you were in for a rude shock. The route from Delhi to Mussorie IS NOT via Moradabad, it is via Meerut :-)

This is called "Sidh Baba ka Mandir"; and yes, the drive upto it is quite interesting but very short, about 200 meters in all.

Kandaghat is the place on Kakla-Shimla highway, from where you take the detour to Chail. The place you are talking about is called Sadhupul.
