Looks like Wagon R Lxi with stock JK 145/70/R13 tyres....and they look normal to me. The slight bulge is where the tyre touches the ground and the bulge is bigger on the Front tyres because of the engine weight. If the bulge is abnormal you can contact the dealer, because tyres are under seperate warranty, but not the tubes.
