for a good camera in a mobile phone, you need to atleast go for 3.2mp.
For music Sonyericsson walkman phones and Motorola ROKR phones are the best(I did read that you are not looking at motorola). The ROKR E6 is infact selling for around 13-14 grands now. I have used the older version and hence I can recommend it.
Check out the SE series but I would suggest you to look for a joystick less phone.
