do a compression check first, take it from there if there is a huge variation you have a problem.

sometimes the flush actually removes the 'good carbon' build up which results in compression leak. so if this test is aok move to a proper diagnosis, hook up the ecu reader and check if all the parameters are right. again check plugs and plug wires.
