Rs 900 towards Dataone usage and telephone call charges @Re1 per pulse. Only taxes are applicable extra. Modem charges will be there only if you have rented it. I have gone for outright purchase. So no rentals. Regarding usage in my case, I am connected to the net 24X7 using my PC and will frequently connect with my laptop using Wifi while at home.

MCU stands for Metered Call Unit. It is the unit on which billing is done.
