I think you need to pursue the case and tata guys will certainly help you ,they know there problems better than any body else a can quick Fix them ,and 1 % if they dont help then consumer court is the name of the game, just a 2 days back only in another thread i had told a guy to stay away from xeta and buy a wagon R or Santro ,and tatas have certainly not come of an age they only give inexpensive cars , with little money for service and spares ,but the cars are nowhere near as reliable as one expects them to be |
