Well firstly congrats on the new car!

Regarding the tyres I would recommend that you change the Goodyear's to either Michelin Energy XM1's or Bridgestone Turanza's since they are much better quality tyres. And 185/65 R13 would do just fine for your car on the stock rims.

What is width of your stock rim? Please check once again just to be sure.
