Offroad Jumps thread

So have you ever done that? It needs speed and elevation and off you go in air. Please discuss and post pictures of your jumping offroader or any other car in this thread.

I will start with my GV in air.

Occasion- NIOC OTR
Date- 20 December 2009
Place- Manger Trail NCR.

I did the jump 4 times. First time I didn't even realised that I was in air.

what happened after the last 6th pic? Any underbody damage? Wait until bangy boyz start posting, lots of such jumps I have seen (not mine)

Nop no damage at all. The vehicle took it with ease.. Awaiting lots of pics..

do these jumps affect the warranty of the car or were they done after the warranty period was over

Ashish and Bushranger - 2nd pic is just too good. Fit enough to be framed for any performance shop or your office.

Had I had a pic like this of mine - I would have kept it in my bedroom

@ rhandle: yes, it is a memorable photo (thanks to fellow NIOC member Sukhpal). however, can not afford to put it up in my bedroom due to obvious consequences! ;-)

@ Tejas: even I love my 'Bushranger', just wanted to test its flying capabilities! Not a regular stunt.

@ Sierrakamat: the warranty does not affect in my case, as I have re-built it!

I am still paying EMI on my GV, so I wouldn't try any such flying stunts.

Yes. However, I won't try this now since I have removed the mid/rear skid plates due to GC issues.
