Gs The low frequency growl you heard would have been a wild Boar.

AKC in one word = TERRIFIC!
Fully agree... the technical merit of the trail simply left me speechless in wonder.

HA HA HA HA!!!

I must admit he was drinking a lot of water + Minute Maid Lemonade, the 50-50 mix which is now formally known as the "Sex-Mix".

Ok - I was hoping for something more spectacular but I guess a Wild Boar is dangerous enough on it's own. Your wife was incredibly calm and collected in that situation - BIG respect! Most women I know would have hopped, screamed and danced on my head if they'd seen a mouse. This is partially the reason why God has gifted me with a dance floor on my head

So the river crossing will be formally known as "Gogi Point" on the AKC trail map? Sounds good

It will become a legendary tale of the WW2 Jeep's war against the raging flash flood. Gogi is such an awesome sport to shake off the incident and show up the next day for more off-roading at Sawarsi.

Gogi Bhai - you are the bravest man I have ever met to arrive at Sawarsi with less than 5 litres of fuel

Guys - so many little stories to tell. I am going to compile everything into a single post so that the mods don't go postal on me!

I must say, one of the best and well organised event. The AKC trail was just superb, thanks to the rain which made our day even more challenging.
Let me thank you, your family and your support team for all the effort and energy put in to make it really exciting and eventful.

Looking forward for many more to go in the coming days.
Good luck.

Kunal.. The AKC was WOW, Thanx to You Huda and family, Ajeet and family.

It was my first time in the 4x4 world and it was a great experience. I was just amazed at what the man and machines could do. I did meet a lot of new people and made lot of new friends.

Just reached back to Hyderabad and it was one of the best events I have ever attended. Kunal hats off to you and Huda, Akshi, your & Abhimanyu's parents for making it a flawless event. P.S: The river crossing in the rain was a nice icing on the cake. Look forward to it as an annual event on the off-roading calendar.
