Ashvin and cars??? Talk to him only about 2 wheels. No plans from us baba, we dont have 4x4's but if any are available on hire then we can chip in and have fun!

dude couldnt take those pics because it was raining heavily, and my friend was not intrested to take a chance so he was not ready to take his cam out. will try to get some good pics this time because expecting a hardtop Jeep with us.

If not for anything else, we'd require some serious manpower to push some of the (ahem) cars through the slush....so come one, come all...it's time we tested the load capacities of the infamous mountain goats' leaf springs...

OK here's an update from Pune..
We.. i.e. me (confirmed), moralfibre (confirmed), desmoquattro (need to confirm with him) and torqueunlimited (need to confirm with him).. will be joining you guys as passenger from lonavala.. we will either take a local or ride to lonavala..

I've got in touch with some "offroaders" from pune.. lets see if they will join us..

devang, please post a list of people and cars err.. mountain goats that are coming..

Some tips for newbies to off-roading:
Wear good "off-roading" shoes or boots.
Don't wear fancy clothes, there's a high probability that some thorn might tear them.
Avoid shorts unless u're crossing a river bed or desert sand.This, I learnt the hard way.
The least and highest number in a jeep should be "1+1".
Weight and Centre of Gravity at any point of time are VERY important.
And always respect nature and its rules.
PS: Don't expect it to be a walk in the park!

bad news, I'm gonna have to let this one pass.. some last minute family stuff has come up which can't be missed..

moralfibre messaged me saying that he has to take his family to kolhapur tomorrow, havent been able to confirm with desmoquattro yet since he's not answering my phone..

I truly apologise to Roy who we were supposed to hitch a ride with..
