Hi guys
The rains are here. What is the status of the offroad meet?

Umm...guys, can we delay this by a month? My Jeep has yet to be delivered and I don't want to offroad in a brand new engine. Will need atleast 1000 kms of running in.

On the positive side, the rains would be only better in August

If its too late to change plans, go ahead.

I was just going to say all the best for the Pune 4x4 meet and is there anything happening down south?

What dates are the Pallar challenge? can a bangalorian book a spectator seat now?

Will the 4W73 (Nissan 4W73 aka 1 ton) be ready by then?

Next month there is Coorg off-road event, I am planning to attend that since it is closer to me. Most participants are from Bangalore though, it is arranged by Jeep Thrills members.

I am 100% out for the 1st of July; my Jeep's testing is pending. The workshop guys are going to test it for 400 - 500 kms before handing it over to me; they know how finicky I can get WRT reliability

On the other hand, if there is a chance of post-poning the event to 1st week of August, count me in.

We in Bangalore will be having atleast one or two OTS every month after the Coorg event to capitalise on the rains and slush. Will keep you guys posted on that,some of the trails around here are fantastic after the rains.
Wish you guys all the best for the Mumbai OTR.
