Hi,

Their 4x4 sales operations have moved to the road which joins Kumarapark with the windsor manor road which runs parallel to the railway line.

Can you pls post contact details of the supplier.. Also I guess for a MM5x0, one should go for 9000 LBS, correct me if I am wrong... Any idea about 9000 LBS winch's price..??

The shop is in Coimbatore, its big industrial store where our offroading equipment are avaliable. they had only 6500 lbs not sure of 9000lbs, let me check contact detail. Ask punts which winch to be used in 540 then you can decide.

8000lbs winch capacity will be adequate for MM5x0. With a snatch block used full time, 6500 lbs may be just OK Worse come use two snatch blocks. The trade-off will be on the winch speed but it will work. The defined winch capacity is actually the max pull rating of the first layer of cable. It reduces progressively with the number of cable layers in the drum.
