The problem with modern T-cases is that they all look the same except for some minute differences. the Toy t-case above is not the same as in the picture, although it might look the same. The main give away is that beboy's xfer-case has a front face shift (lever type), whereas the toy one posted has a top shift, much like a transmission gearshift.
Also if it has a right side front output, then it should also have a PTO plate on top of it.
If you could move the input wheel by hand, then could you please see what kind of revolutions are you getting in the input for each output revolution, both in high and low modes. The kind of ratios you get can help us find some clues to what vehicle it might belong to.

This is off a vehicle with differential offset to left. hence this can be one of the clues to narrow down the search.

Too many Variables, pal. There are loads of Xfer-cases out there with both side outputs. And the center rear output is something that has become universal now, especially since all the vehicles now come with independent suspension systems.

All i know is that it ain't any of the American makes, i mean it atleast does'nt look like any of them. That leaves us mostly German makes, or even better chances are of the Japanese makes, since their vehicle's powertrain is what mostly comes to India.
