Just a thought: Why don't you incorporate D shackles in the bumper? The existing loops snap after a couple of tugs.

Hi Khan_sultan, great design buddy, it really looks nice. I just have one question, how much does the front bumper weigh? and how thick is the sheet metal that u used to fabricate this bumper?
