Re: Introducing, The LYNX.

Sorry to bombard you with questions Fazal Sahab but very inquisitive to know about this, I could see the hood has got some thin vent is it true or some kind of illusion, those two lights on bumper are super cool where are they from, is it the RAPTOR which is black in color inside and under the body? what all goodies you have installed sir. I wish and hope to see this fella sometime personally. Aqeel does good job and he did the upholstery on my jeep MM540 4WD.

Re: Introducing, The LYNX.

Very nice looking Jeep Fazal Sir. Congrats on the LYNX!! I liked your tail-gate design. Is it OE or fabricated by you? Can this idea work on a MM 540? Hope you have a great off-roading weekend.

Wonderful job. Simply loved the interiors and the dash of the jeep. The dash looks pristine.

Re: Introducing, The LYNX.

Wow ! Now that's a beautiful beast, very well executed.

Just a dumb question, the snorkel is open from the front (infact slightly tilted upwards), won't it let the water in, specially in torrential rains ?

Re: Introducing, The LYNX.

I think it has surpassed Fazal sahabs as well as all others expectation!! was a witness to the last recovery; amongst all 7 of us who were recovered by the recovery team, as we were led wrongly by a marshall on the last day of the EXXAM, his was the only jeep that defied the "chocolate mousse" on the incline, not for a moment taking away credit of his driving abilities

Rossi,

Thank you.

It was a pleasure meeting you and your kind words humbled me. I also remember you asking me "Will your LYNX make it up ?", a few minutes before the attempt.

Also, remember you cutting me in a day before, when I was in line for the obstacle at AKC.

What motivated me to get out on my own was the time in getting winched out. And yes, like you say, the LYNX surpassed my expectations. Though, I had built it for this (AKC & EXAMM) kind of an event in mind, wanted it to be a no nonsense, performing machine.

By the grace of God, not once did it need to be winched out from any obstacle at AKC & EXAMM, it did all obstacles at both events, that were open.

Regards,

Thanks, RUDRA.

Fazal sahab, my apologies for the "cutting in". Didn't even realize that! ... it was one of those moments when i was cheesed off as I was cut off by almost a heard of Jeeps in the previous obstacle.

Still that doesn't justify my action of cutting off any one.

Re: Introducing, The LYNX.

Dear Fazal Sir,

Having seen this jeep at AKC and EXAMM, and the way it performed I was blown away! The vehicle seemed and is perfect in every respect. Not once did I see you or the vehicle falter at any of the obstacles.

My hats off to you sir and on the fantastic build that is this vehicle!

Sir it was a pleasure meeting you in person and making your acquaintance.

Re: Introducing, The LYNX.

You are lucky the local constabularies did not award you with a summons for not having boating navigation lights and life preservers on board...

....the pictures show it. SWB jeeps can definitely perform. Very nice vehicle you have there.
