Default BJ40 for sale

Hi All, I was recently offered a price of 8.0lacs for an unrestored Bj40. Based where i am i can easily source all the parts including turbo 13B engine and 4/5 speed gear box. I can also source front and rearaxles with disc brakes, steering box and pump, pulleys, a/c components and brackets. So i waa wanting to understand if that price for a BJ40 ia justified?
