Nice. Looks fit for the job.

What i didnt get is, why did you upsize and go smaller on the tyre profile?

For offroading(mostly in sand) a taller profile tyre is better.

Wow! Neat rollcage and air intake.

Why do you want to downsize the rims? After installing the lift kit, you can put bigger wheels on the same rim.

Nice looking Vitara! The colour also totally fits an off-roader. And a fantastic job on the roll cage. It would be interesting to learn how you went about getting that done - was it fabricated or imported. How did you go about installing it.

When you do upgrade your tyres, hope you plan to pick A/Ts, as these look like H/T's to me. I could be wrong.

Cheers,

Spitfire,
I think he wants to go for 15 inch wheel so that he can accomodate higher profile tyres without fouling with fenders.

Oh thanks. In the excitement to see the pics i missed that part of the post. He is on the right track and in the right set of wheels.

Wow! That's a neat looking Vitara. Pardon my ignorance, but was the Vitara officially sold in 1997 in India or did you import it?

OT: Where are these pictures shot?

You guys should have a look at the other 4x4s in his garage; the best part is, all the work is done inhouse. And only those add-ons which have a purpose find their place on his cars.

@ Allen : We going offroading with the Vitara soon?
