Randeep, the minor windshield modification has really added to the overall look and accommodating the power steering set-up inside was a good idea. It looks clean this way. Not to mention the alloys and the tyres which have transformed the appeal. Congrats.

Hi Firoz/Soumen/Sree,

Yes the log wait has finally paid off. Not lifted the vehicle at all. Had put new leaf springs though + the tyres. Sree I will not push the vehicle much as its still on testing. As you rightly said I will be running in the vehicle for the first 1000 kms and only then will go full throttle at the OTR .

Thanks for all the good words.

Cheers !!!!!!

Ladies and Gentlemen, this is to announce the arrival of Randeep's Grey Hound after being brought to best glory from the ashes!

Randeep i must say your Grey Hound is best worked upon ex army jeep i have seen here on this forum. kudos to your mamaji on his workshop and his team of mechanics.

let us know about Grey Hound's initial driving experiences and the first OTR in NIOC!

Watch out for Grey Hound on NCR roads and dont forget to wave when you see it!

Nice to your Jeep in action... Can you tell me something about the front indicator lamps... They are of which vehicle and from where did you procure them...

And next time, pls guide the person how to stop your camera...

Hi Naren,

I had mentioned on Orkut also that the front indicators were fabricated at the garage itself.

lol, dad was clicking the video on my phone. He apparently did not know how to pause the recording.

Cheers !!!!!

Default More Pics

Hi Everyone,

Well The Jeep performed really well during its first OTR. There are a few minor issues relating to the shaft that needs looking into but the vechile went where ever all other Jeeps went and that too with ease. I could't take many pics as I was driving or enjoying the ride along with dad.

Here are a few pics.

Regards,

Randeep
