Thanx for admiring my Ford GPW 1942 pics
It was a very tough decision to color yellow because not many ppl liked the idea.
I would love to upload more pictures of my ride but i think it is not appropriate to upload pictures on this thread
You can watch pictures of my ride on my other thread.
"Posting pictures of my Ford GPW 1942" in 4x4 vehicle section
You can watch videos of our club activities on youtube.

Your GPW's colour is also very unique. It stands out among all other Jeeps.

Keep the pics coming, we like them.

Thanks Tarkesh,

Yes the fenders were fitted in Delhi only. They should be easily available there . Even I need to source an extra set as the existing ones are damaged and I had just repaired them myself because it so difficult to get them this side.
Haven't done any mods yet but I'm planning to maybe towards the end of the year or start of next year . nothing over the top though, just a Wrangler type rollbar, new foldable top, new paint and maybe if my budget permits, power steering.
Checked out your thread, Your Jeep is coming out really nice I must say .

Hi Jose,
Congratulations man. Hope you remember me. I am member of BBC.
I guess the blue 540 belongs to Thomas rite? and the Orange is yours?? WOW, the twins looks amazing.I like both of them.
But how come road tyres on the Orange? Good to see the the number of 4x4 540's are growing in Cochin. So when are we planning a OTR? Wait for my MM550 XD to be ready ok.

Cheers

beautiful pair there.

Does the blue one have a SPoA setup or is it the angle which makes it so?

Looking for more pictures of the two vehicles

Handsome twins, I love the blue. This color used to be stock on the 540. Has a very nostalgic feel.
