just a general question, Is it worth the trouble( modifications to body etc ) to go in for a pto(winch)?
also, mainly for the petrol off roaders out there; what do you do with your distributor and other electricals before entering deep water any special covers? or is it wise to completely avoid the water??

Note from the Team-BHP Support Team : Please take the time to use proper punctuation as per Team-BHP rules. Avoid...typing...like...this. Thanks.

Nice job done.

The utter simplicity of these cj3b jeeps is a tonic to my tired eyes that cringe at the sight and sound of IFS, ICE, ECU, tinted glass and all the stuff we humans pursue that we do not really need. Horses are good, too, come to think of it. Give Mother Earth a break and buy a horse.

And you Southern guys should go around naked. You do not really need all that finery. Women, too. Back to nature, stay ecological, I say. I am thinking of parking my Spacio and making it into a hydroponic tank.

Hey Sarab
The CJ3B has come out looking like a stunner. Plus the gren & red combination suits her really well.
Post some side rear & interior pics as well.
Just run-in the engine patiently and it will give you years of service.
Also reason for not posting the financials for everyones benifit. It would be of great help for novices like me who have 2 cj3b's to restore
Congrats again
Harjeev

Default more pictures.

here are some i managed to squeeze out of our cramped drive way.
there seems to be some loud odd noise that comes when i keep the clutch pressed.and the rear axle is dripping oil.will send it back to mayapuri tomorrow .havent even tested the 4 wheel drive yet.
but i guess this is all a part of restoring/owning a cj.

No need to send it to Mayapuri. We have a very experienced and knowledeable chap called Dharampal here in Gurgaon, better the the NOIC favoured Zameer. Proper work easily gets done here.

Great Sarab,

Dont worry about the niggles. They say that it takes about a month or two for the jeeps to settle in.

Sahid
What is the address of this guy in gurgaon. I would like to visit his workshop.
