hi sali,

I think these are cooper tyres (mud terrain). Cooper also has AT tyres and available in Bangalore for around 6500Rs a piece.

Hey Allan

Your Gypsy is coming along great. So were you able to source the 1.6 ltr engine? What colour are you planning for your gypsy?

Good to know you have gone commercial now. I am planning to pick up a mm550 ex army in a couple of months. Althogh I am from Bangalore, looking at the pace and the quality of your earlier restoration projects when I pickp up my jeep, I am thinking of getting it restored from you!

xtremepower, yes I can see that you are on a super fast mode. Congrats with your new project.
You have got 2 gypsies rite? When are you starting the next one?

Cool tyres mate. what size are they? 32" or 33" ? and what about the wheels? I dont think they are Gypsy OE wheels.

Allan, I noticed that the front & the rear leafs are not stock and looks like quite a few extra leafs have been added. How many extra each in front & back? Also what is the size of the shackles -- hole to hole?

They're in short supply since it was a one-off import shipment.
Get them fast.

Not ulta jaggu, i think he's gone more radical than just a simple ulta setup. He must've re-offsetted the rims, or widened the stock rims.

Nice work Xtreme Power Will be watching this thread. Exciting part is yet to come, the Engine

Nice work xtreme power. Good to see that you work your vehicles ground upwards. Im very tempted to get a professional job done on a Gypsy for exclusive offroading. Are you able to get these engine changes/conversions legalized on the Registration book..?
Are these mods street legal?
