Jyoyeb, Congrats on an exceedingly smart used car buy. I'm sure you got a good deal, and I'm all the more curious because I am a self-confessed fan of the Montero. Old school build, great looks, balanced ride & handling, Jap reliability and a stonking engine. I have had a blast each time that I've driven the Montero. It is indeed a well-rounded SUV. The only downer : Its 50 lakh rupee on the road price. Butttttttttttttttttt

If you don't mind sharing, how much? And PICTURES please!

Not too many of them available as Montero's hardly move from the showroom (barely 2 - 3 units per month in sales). Its a terrific used car buy due to high depreciation + the Fortuner effect.

wow those are simply amazing photos of your Pajeo/Montero.

i really like the colour you chose. its shining new, just out of the showroom.

hey nice alloy wheels too! standard OEM fitment?

put some tint on those windows, they dont look nice without the film.

thats amazing shot of the interior, is it leather or fabric. i like the colour of your upholstry.

nice photos and nice location and nice vehicle!

thanks for posting your photos, i didnt waste my time reading your thread!

Here are the pics.
I bought this car for 20L, which I feel is ok for a 2 year old car with just about 40K on the clock.
The last set of pictures show the rear seat being stowed away! Very cool!

More Pictures.
The Montero is a spacious car, though the last row is strictly for kids.
The engine is a touch noisy, though I personally love the growl! The centre diff, rear lsd and the diff locks makes this a phenomenal off roader too. My biggest problem is that the car has Bridgestone HT Tyres which have done 5K Kms only.
The car comes with leather interiors while the last row alone is black rexine.
It has 4 airbags and ACTS (Mitsubishi lingo for traction control) ABS, all wheel disc brakes, power front seats, etc.
I'm loving it!

Very nice and well maintained car. The montero is an awesome vehicle and with just 40k on the odo, it is a great buy IMHO. Congrats and wish you miles of happy motoring.

great buy :-) Enjoy the Montero which looks in great shape. 20l is a great price for a vehicle with so much presence and capability - have admired several times at A.S.S. from close quarters !
