Best of luck with the rebuld!

I see the front diff housing in one of the pics, is the 4x4 working or the previous owner had disconnected it??
Thanks harjeev, it was disconnected by the previous owner.

I suggest keep to the semi floating axles. Use for a while, and then shift the FFRA.

Go through Mr. Faizal's thread in detail.

Go for a front disc brake conversion.

Your current roll bar looks fine. No need to change it.
Thanks tejas, It is 4x4 converted to 4x2 by the previous owner,
I have alredy shifted to MM540 front n back axles, where the back is full floating. i will surely go through mr.faizal's thread.

If its not too late, just check if you can source the LSD (lmited slip differential) which we get in army MM550 and put that in your MM540 rear differential. Doing that now will entail a little difficulty as it is already opened up but once the vehicle in on-road or off-road, it would be quite a task, in my opinion.
