Eagerly awaiting the final results on your jeep. Would love to see pics of the creamy white jeep (which is partially visible in the background).

Actually I tried getting original Renegade's lights but didn't find them anywhere in Mumbai/Pune and Bolero lights are something used is many Modified Jeeps so I landed up installing Omni's lights..

Jassy ,

This is be the part of restoration that will take lot of time and energy.

The Army vehicles have 3-5 coats of different paints/colours in it and it will be very difficult to get them off

Now have you chosen the colour

Jassybhai, hope you are maintaining a complete detailed book with the costs of restoring your beauty. Would appreciate if you share the same with fellow T-bhpians at the end of your restoration so that some of us can actually measure the depth of our pockets before taking the leap

^^Thanks for sharing the pics. Your Jeep is coming along just fine and I think might be one of the finest restoration/modification jobs here. From what I can see, your restorer has an eye for detail.

By the way, I like the Omni taillamps too, if I remember correctly they were on that cream coloured Jeep too.
