The newer Pajero finally inherited the New Geolanders from her older Sibling. It also has the sub sitting in the boot though passive right now.

So the Pajero looks even better, with the brand new (1K old) Geolanders !!

Cheers

WOW Ricky. Congratulations on the new vehicle and its surely in a wonderful condition.
Two Pajeros WOW.
I just saw the advert in the Classified section. Why are you selling it? I also read that you plan to get rid of the W124 then why not keep both of the SUV and use the old sibling for Off-Roading and this as a family vehicle? Just a suggestion...

Further BTW I really admire the punctuality with which you have been regularly updating this and your other threads. I have been ignoring my duties and have not updated any, in quite a while.
Will do so very soon. Done quite a few things on my TLC.
Cheers Mate

Thanks Harjeev,

I really do need to sell the old-er Pajero, as I honestly do not "really" do serious off-roading to merit an exclusive vehicle just for that. As for the Merc the low seating position is very ill-suited to my back problem, which I realised only after long drives, post the refurbishing !!

Quite honestly, I drive the Pajero the most, the Swift after the Turbo is my favoured fun car & the Octavia is for family use.

Looked at a Petrol Prado the other day, mint condition, A/T, for all you know...I just might...get tempted !!

Looking forward to seeing updates on your TLC.

Cheers

The Rainbow Audio transplant began yesterday. The 3 way components, Amp, wiring & the Hertz Subwoofer will find their way into the new(er) Pajero.

Can't wait to get it over with. But my installer the ever so busy Jasdeep/Gunbir duo is way too occupied fitting in an audio setup in a 530i, some install that was.

Anyway, back to my humble Pajero, hope to complete the setup soon, when time permits.

Cheers

Great Ricky. Even I upgraded the headlamps to 90/100 on my TLC.
Just inquisitive, did you change the beams too or just the bulbs?
Also where did you get the audio setup done at? DRIVEN?
I just wanna get my system looked, some wires have come loose so wanna sort them out

No I did not change the headlight units, they are brand new. The audio setup is done by BBW (Jasdeep & Gunbir Duo), it is still not complete as they are pre-booked with some VERY fancy stuff they are putting in BMW's & Mercs !!

Ya you could always get your ICE checked out & sorted at DRIVEN, I think he is a dealer for BBW

After reading the Pajero theft story in Bombay, the least I thought I should do was add UTSAV number plates with the non-openable screws. So God forbid in case of a theft, the plates cannot be changed in a jiffy.

Ordered online. INR 1225/- delivered in 48 hrs. Here are some pics of the special headless screws

2 things I have still not got about the Pajero. One is the weird Pearl white & a second colour (fortunately mine is a soberish granite)

Two is why they have to say P A J E R O in bold on the side of the vehicle. Neither makes sense to me, but in order to retain "originality" I am living with these 2 crazy things !! LOL

Just had to say this !!!!!!!!

i think your Pajero has a P A J E R O sticker on the roof too (to be spotted by choppers incase you are lost ). All the SFXs came with that.
