KMT your point is well taken. Design clues must also entail if it is intended for Job/Prototype production, Batch production or Flow/Mass production. The vehicle shown above is an example of Job production (Focus is on making a single vehicle ONLY)

the paint job is excellent.

but is it only me who can see large panel gaps in the vehicle? or is this expected in such a rebuilt jeep?

Thumbs up Bravo Mr. Prabhu

Fazal sahib, Many thanks for this Post. It boldly shows that even India has good Mod folks.

I think Prabhu has a meticulous design team. Wish M&M is looking into these too.
Scorpio design is a delight by itself (albeit getting old and become too common).

The Panel gaps are due to (i suppose) the roll cage bar which is extended way upto the front glass.

Is the Tail lamps taken from TVS Auto? It kind of looks good being clear lens type.

Whats the probability that the Photos were taken with the door not being properly shut ... cause if it was , then you should be able to see the door line next to the " B " pillar. I'd wait for the Pulsar56 to show us better pics so that we don't assume " such things are expected in rebuilds " .

Amazing job seriously and I'm guessing the design team is actually our very own T-bhp'ians , aka Ravveendra , Pulsar56 and Suren181.

Yes! the dream machine has arrived! This Rubicon Replica has stole the show. In first glance no one would believe that they are looking at a look alike.

Key features:

1. Awesome craftsman ship.
2. Dazzling Colour.
3. Superior Leather work.
4. 16 mm gauge steel
5. Air conditioned

Above all its Home made, well made. Refined engine options available. I felt lot more is required on this jeep and may be it would be added in sometime. Above all this is the best jeep made and available on road.

Sir Alec,
It is a MM540 and it can/will be registered as the same. Charge/ cost is a variable component, the buyer can chose depending on the engine upgrade and other options to suit his budget. The base price can be enquired from Prabhu, His mobile number is on this thread.

About the glaring gap on the door frame... let me clarify, it may not have been shut properly as many visitors were getting in and out, I not only checked for gaps but also how wide, uniform they were etc. The best fit and finish I have come aross here, in a hand crafted body.
Regards,

i think it is 16 gauge steel not 16 mm steel.
16 guage steel thickness =1.5mm ~ 1.6mm

16 mm =0.63 inch

I don't think a fiberglass bumper is going to last much, right ? BTW does this Jeep run an independent suspension setup or the standard M&M setup ??

If the latter, the is it possible to convert to an independent setup ??

Brilliant job, surely done with great care & precision.

Cheers

The fenders and front bumper is not fiberglass but 16 guage fabricated sheet metal.

Excellent Work and craftsmanship!!

Only few minor things are missing as people said earlier. Like I think the Fenders and Bumper should have been in same Matt Black . Also these is kind of "clip" in Front Grill and Front Bumper of Original Rubicon which is not there. I guess Front Door Hinges are also bit different.

Still, I like the way it is made and would love to check the base price at least.

Regards,

Tarkesh
