This HAS to be a FIRST!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!!!

I have seen all kinds of things in the past 38 odd years (By George - I'm OLD!!)... but I have never seen something like this!

***Speech*** ... "I thank my parents, my teachers, buddies... three dogs, one male parrot, a dozen lovebirds (couldnt get to determine their sexes), four squirrels, assortment of cats, one lame monkey (not me I assure you!) ... etc , etc, ... and GOD! .. for keeping me ALIVE in the true sense of the word for all these years PLUS my wife for keeping me 'alive' in the ACTUAL sense of the word!"

My darling two daughters - 4 and 2 - woke me up this morning with a kiss and a coordinated "HAPPY-TO-YOU" number (babytalk for "Happy Birthday To You") and a neatly wrapped present which I am yet to open! Brought tears to my eyes and my wife looked pleased as a plum somewhere in the background! (God Bless Her!)

Land up at work and find all my collegues had conspired to pop a surprise party for me - lots of confetty and mush ensued; couple of very touchy "Happy B'day to the Best-est Boss" cards & speeches from unexpected quarters - and gifts as well! Even some Ex employees landed up! Seeing the trouble they had undertaken gave me the greatest present ever - the knowledge that I have in some way been able to add some value to their lives! No work has happened till now!

I am ditching my one week old DIET for the moment - am headed out to a table for two at the swankiest place in town!

This is THE Best Birthday I have had -- and the best part - IT AIN'T OVER YET!!

PS --- Wish JESAL and PAWAN a Very Happy Birthday as well!! - Hope you have an even better day!
