I just found out that my cam(Fuji FinPix S5100) can take images in RAW format.(damn!, i kick myself for not knowing this for two years). But much to my surprise, it can only take around 30 snaps in my 256MB XD card. :(. That means, each pic would be around 8MB.

Oh! lords of photography!!, please tell me when to use the raw-mode and when it can be avoided.
