why do you want to do this? i am not sure that will be reliable. you can very well go ahead and buy a used santro / city without much hassles. if you have already decided on this -

1. try out the 1.8ISZ engine, Conti differential & GB
2. Padmini Engine, S1 manifold, S1 Tailpipe & Glasspack, S1/118NE GB, S1/118NE differential.

IMO - it will be better off to properly tune a Premier Padmini and running it. less hassels and reliable.
