i have gone thru the ongoing pc configs discussion and am alot confused on which processor, what motherboard etc. etc

I have a samsung 210T with speakers and now on the lookout for a good cpu

i am looking for moderate usage home pc with windows xp, more of children games (not hitech gaming), mp3, photos and anything more that i should look at suggestions welcome.

pls suggest me whether to go for branded stuff, if yes then the brand with model number or if assembled then
1) which processor
2) motherboard
3) hard disk capacity
4) cd / dvd burner (for good music / movies)
5) how much ram
6) speed
7) whether to go for bluetooth connectivity
8) what all would i need like USB, firewire etc.
9) graphics card for Dvi output
10) any further suggestions

as i would like to have a neat config with a moderate budget pls suggest in a way that i can get it between 15 to 20k
