Power to weight ratio for
Maruti 800 is
57.143 bhp/ton.
Torque to weight figures for Palio
stile 1.1 92.93 Nm/ton.
Torque to weight figures for
Maruti 800 88.72 Nm/ton.
All that palio 1.1 has more than Maruti 800 is the 4 Nm/ton torque which is negated by the fact that M800 delivers its peak torque at a lower 2500 rpm compared to 2750 rpm in the case of the Stile. (Figures quoted from Overdrive and ACI)
Palio is a palio and M800 is an M800. But the figures dont say that they perform any differently.
Still think Palio Stile 1.1 with CNG kit will give a M800 a run for its speed?
