The opportunities are increasing significantly for auto-engineers and designers in India. In our industry, we are seeing an overwhelming majority of graduates coming back to India and entering into lucrative positions with the biggies. This includes both; fresh graduates and people with 2 - 5 years of work-ex. Reverse brain drain rocks and I am all for it!
Centers like Renault design India will only add encourage more talent. Fantastic!
