Just a small information on this, there is "tremendous" resistence to this outsourcing engineering to Asia thing, and quite surprisingly the most vocal of those are none but people who have their origins from our own region but have been with these giants for quite sometime. It doesn't occur to them that it actually doesn't affect them.
