well thanks for jump starting my brain, Navin, I think, though, many things I have already procured for the carputer may stay idle or useless for the time being ( as well as the money spend) , what you suggested is good since my priority is space and A laptop is pretty much easier to hide, the powerinvertor will have to handle a lesser load and no addl cooling required for the smps or cpu.
