Thanks for the info. Would you suggest a remap or the box. I think the remap may negate the warranty?
Yes i would suggest a remap, the warranty wont be negated if you take some precautions, in a remap there is no device so there is nothing which tells the car is remapped, in the box, it can be unplugged. I put the Petes Box on my Swift when it had done less then 5000kms, for service i removed it, a DIY 5 minutes job.

Tyres - Dunlops 205/55 R16s. Any suggestions there?
225/50/16s Michelin Pilot Precedas 2 will help the car alot in terms of grip, handling. trust me no tyre can match the Michelins in many areas(yes the Neovas are very good but they semi slicks)

How safe is the box in the long run? Searched a lot but have not found any long term info.
Rtech has the box in his Octy since around a year and there are no issues he has had.

If its a remap does Pete have a guy in Bangalore who does it?
I think Psycho is a dealer for Petes Performance Products.

Would love to have some personal experience from a guy who has done it for his Laura.
Peter's Laura has 18inch wheels, RS body kit, a 140bhp stage 2 remap on his Laura, just PM him and he will tell you more about it, he has the remap since quite a lot of time. He had a stage 2 RS before with 235bhp before.
