It took 5 hrs for you to reach Salem, distance of 353 kms (including breaks). Your average speed work out to 70.6.
I did a comparison of this average with my trip from Mysore to Chennai. It took 9 hours to cover 470 kms, which works out an average of 52.2.
Even if I exclude my break of 1.5 hrs ( bangalore traffic 1hr adjusted with ur break), the average speed is 61.46
Most of the times, I was doing 100-110 and occasional 120-130 to attain the average speed of 61.46.
Whats your top speed? how did u manage with kid onboard?
