Nice write up. Yercaud is really a quaint little place. Did you go to Kiliyur falls? There are several other nice places around Yercaud - did you visit all the places around?

I spent two years of my life at Yercaud and love the place. I and friends have walked upto Yercaud from Salem on several occasions - once all the way along the main road and at other times through a shortcut through the hills.
