It boils down to what it can capture in those 60frames. Considering that many people rarely use burst mode in shooting even in DSLRs, its not a 'must have'. If they address high iso shooting like how fujifilm has been doing and get the image stabilized lens to start at 28mm, that would be enough for a digital camera
