Apparently Hamiltion didnt have much to say either ways. The more I read it the more its evident that the FIA for some reason didnt take up the obvious choice of ascertaining if Ferrari IP was on McLaren, which would be to scrutinize McLaren's car.
Instead they just stuck to the exchange of SMS and documents.
