Wow ... a goldmine for the RTO agents who take money and give the license

. Personally I always felt that 20 years was too long a time span for license renewal, but, 1 year !!! its plain silly.

Looking at all the measures being taken by governments ( read extra 8% cess and now this), it seems the government wants to punish us for owning cars and driving them.
