I remember my college days in Chandigarh, way back in 1995-96, Went to Shmila to see the snow fall for the first time in life. And we were lucky that we got to see it on the eve of new year day.

Went again in Feb 2004, It was a lot of snow all around Shimla. Another place to just see snow and play around if you are goung to stay in Shimla is Kufri (17km From Shmila).
