BUSA,

Most of the people I know who own Swifts have opted for 205 width tyres. There is no need for a person to have his car modded to install wider tyres and not every person is concerned over a pick up loss of maybe 0.1% and equal amount in terms of FE.

Have you taken a test with any timing equipment and observed the diff with 195 & 205 tyres or taken FE readings if not then please refrain from such provocative comments which are not in good taste.

People install wider tyres for various reasons from better grip to looks to better handling etc.

Is your Swift Turbocharged?

have you done a 1.6L G16B transplant.

If the answer is no then why did you go for 205 width tyres, there are a overkill for the Swift Petrol. It will be slowing you down and reducing your FE.

Rather go for 195/60/15

15k for 4 = 3750 per tyre = Yokohama S Drives costing 4000 per tyre, the exhange of the current rubber should take car of the 250Rs.
